“Pain demands to be felt.”
It's not the cheeriest sentiment. But there is something profoundly human about it. We spend so much time trying to avoid uncomfortable feelings, tidy them away or pretend we're fine. Beautiful Chaos takes the opposite view. The sweeping blues, soft peach, looping black lines and unruly drips are allowed to collide rather than behave. Because sadness, joy, grief, love, fear and hope don't always arrive separately.
Sometimes life is beautiful precisely because it is chaotic.
