DELIVERY & RETURNS

Blackbird on a Wire currently delivers to the UK and USA only.
All prints are individually produced to order by our specialist UK fine-art print partner and supplied unframed.
Available sizes vary by artwork and are shown on each product page.
UK standard delivery is £4.95 per order. Standard US delivery is £30 per order.
Please allow 7–10 working days for dispatch. You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
For US orders, please allow additional time for international delivery after dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on destination and carrier.
Please take care when entering your delivery address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before we dispatch your print.

Outside the UK or USA? We don't currently offer online delivery to other countries, but you're welcome to contact me to ask whether an order can be arranged.

We hope you love your Blackbird print. However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
Prints must be returned in their original condition and packaged carefully to prevent damage.
Unless your print is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Once the returned print has been received, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Every print is produced individually and carefully checked. If yours arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and photographs of the print and packaging so that we can resolve the problem quickly.
Where appropriate, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
